Mike Dwyer's Lifetime achievement award

Mike Fortin presented Mike Dwyer with the Bell System Angus Macdonald "Spirit of Service" plate as a "Lifetime Achievement Award".  

This is in recognition for 10 years of outstanding service to the 603 Open.
